Get help with an event
Describe what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which device or browser you were using. A short description or redacted screenshot is more useful than a full copy of your contacts. Share an event link only when it is necessary to identify the problem.
Never include passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, payment-card details or a complete guest list. For an urgent change to a live gathering, contact the host directly as well; a support email is not an emergency event-messaging channel.
Billing and privacy questions
For billing, describe the issue and the account you used without sending full payment information. For a privacy request, explain the action you are asking for. Account ownership may need to be verified before personal data or access can be changed.
Read the refund policy and privacy policy for the published terms. Do not assume that contacting support changes a cancellation deadline or overrides the policy. We will not ask you to publish sensitive account details in a feature-request thread.
Suggest an improvement or correction
Email support@theguestlist.social with the subject ‘Feature request’ and describe what you are trying to achieve, what is missing, and how an improvement would help. You do not need a separate feedback-portal account. Keep passwords, guest data and other sensitive information out of the request.
For a guide or comparison correction, include the page URL, the statement you are querying and an official source if you have one. A source review is not the same as a hands-on test, and we welcome evidence that helps make that distinction clearer.
